Collège du Léman is one of Switzerland’s most prestigious international day and boarding schools, located on the edge of Lake Geneva in view of the Swiss Alps.

It is a truly international community with more than 150 different nationalities among the 2000 day and 240 boarding students. They come together on a green, village-like campus covering 8 hectares.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a presence on campus, in buildings or outside throughout the school day
- Report to security and Deputy Principal and/or Principal of the section any behaviour that is not compliant with our students' Code of Conduct (including unauthorised departure from the campus during the school day).
- Ensuring students who are not in class during class time are directed to the study areas (Grenier, library or study hall), or their section office.
- Helping security staff if needed (presence in case of building evacuations, ambulance arrival ).
**Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent command of English, good level in French is an advantage
- Prior experience in a Pastoral role with teenagers
- Ability to demonstrate authority
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with students.
- Knowledge of the school's Code of Conduct (Behaviour Code, Dress Code etc.)
- To accompany MSS students to the medical centre, when necessary.
**It is important that the post holder is always aware of Child Protection guidelines and observes a professional distance from students whilst still developing effective working and caring relationships.**
