**ABOUT THE POSITION**
As our future E-Commerce and Performance Marketing, you will Lead Columbia & SOREL pan-European E-commerce growth, strategy and efficiency in close collaboration with the Brand Marketing team and counterparts at US Headquarters.
To reach ambitious objectives, you will have 20 websites (2 brands, 10 countries) under your responsibility, and you will oversee three strategic business scopes: Performance marketing (traffic), On-site performance (including web-merchandising and CRO), and Digital Analytics.
You will report to the E-commerce director and lead a team of 5 passionate specialists. To succeed, you will demonstrate strong leadership, mentorship, management, communication, strategy and business acumen skills on one hand, and solid technical skills on the other hand.
**HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**
- Develop E-commerce Marketing calendars for campaigns & promotions jointly with the content team, and ensure those calendars are then activated both on-site and off-site.
- Set-up, monitor and report on performance and profitability of E-commerce marketing channels, and adjust strategies /activities according to business performance.
- Work closely and partner with the Finance team to follow business KPIs and plan for the future.
- Regular reporting / KPI management on E-commerce digital marketing activities to the European and US teams.
- Lead E-commerce web-merchandising team to enhance conversion rate, ensure best in class customer experience, in terms of products & promotional experience.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing team and commercial digital teams to ensure synergies between digital brand marketing and e-commerce marketing channels
- Build and leverage relationships with US technical & business teams to influence, build common projects, share best practices processes and reporting and QA validation.
- Lead the digital analytics effort, ecosystem and reporting, together with a data agency, onboarding the whole organization in a data driven strategy.
- Manage a team of 5 specialists (2 in the on-site performance team and 3 in the performance marketing + interns), being a real mentor, coach, support and team player. Your team will count on you to take decisions, prioritize and arbitrate, but also to advise on their respective scopes, using your hard skills.
- Responsible for process improvement and development as it relates to the Ecommerce effort.
**YOU HAVE**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or Marketing.
- From 8-10 years of experience within e-marketing or eCommerce functions. Apparel/footwear industry experience is strongly preferred. A background within the FMCG/Cosmetics industry would also be preferable.
- Demonstrated experience in managing an eCommerce & Performance Marketing team. You are seen by your team as a mentor and coach but they can also rely on your hard skills. They can rely on you to prioritize, arbitrate and make decisions.
- Experience in designing & implementing eCommerce & Performance Marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong demonstrated skills with Data Analytics (Adobe Analytics, PowerBI). You are a data-driven decision-maker.
- Experience with Salesforce commerce cloud SFCC would be a strong asset
- Strong web culture, business, technologies, trends
