**Para Legal**

**The Job's Mission**

Our Para Legal will be supporting us on day-to-day inhouse tasks, and projects. We offer a position which combines legal, cross-department and administrative work, and contract management, working closely with legal professionals within the team and managers and senior leaders across the organisation. In your position, you will report directly to the Co General Counsel - institutional Affairs.

**Key Activities & Accountabilities**

You will support us in different legal, administrative and organizational tasks, including:

- Undertake commercial contract reviews, including supply agreements, as well as sales contracts and non-disclosure agreements
- Responsible for project management of varied organisation wide projects
- Take care of contract management including performing contract summaries, internal contract approval, signing processes and filing
- Support in various corporate matters (corporate housekeeping, meeting preparation, annual calendar of meetings and reporting)
- Assist in legal projects, including contract management, and compliance incidents, sanction checks, policy rollouts and data protection
- Take care of various administrative tasks within the Legal department

**Experience & Competencies**
- Ideally Paralegal qualification and 1-2 years’ experience working as a paralegal with at least 5 years of work experience (overall), preferably in a Swiss organisation
- Attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills to handle multiple matters / tasks ongoing simultaneously. Ability to prioritise and re-prioritize
- Fluent written and spoken English and business level (both written and spoken) French required
- Self-starter, open-minded, patient and persistent
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, quick and eager to learn and keen to work on a variety of matters
- Experience of cross functional working and ability to work with senior management
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required and good working knowledge of Sales Force would be beneficial
