- A challenging and dynamic role in our “Risk Strategy & Initiatives Team” within the First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) of the Wealth Management Division
- You will have the chance to liaise with a broad range of partners in the bank in order to assist Wealth Management Policy Owners globally with the policy development, maintenance and pub-lication process having the responsibility to ensure policy adherence to the global policy frame-work standards for the WM division.
- As Policy Coordination Officer (PCO) you are responsible for coordinating the applicability review of policies and procedures for WM and documenting decisions within MyPolicies. The PCO’s responsibilities include facilitating/coordinating the review of policies and procedures issued that impact the Division WM across various Levels.

**Your skills and experience**
- 8+ years of experience in a global bank with a strong background in Private Banking Front Office Functions, Business Risk Management, Audit or other relevant Functions
- Broad front to back knowledge of the risk management landscape for Private Banking (identifica-tion of risk, analysis, solution finding, implementation and reporting)
- You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and a can-do attitude and atten-tion to details
- High sense of responsibility and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster consensus in decisional processes
- Good planning and progress monitoring skills
- Professional command of the English language, German language skills would be a plus

- Must have: University degree in Law, Banking & Finance or equivalent higher education
