Lead Enterprise Architect

**Tasks you will like**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the IT architecture strategy for multiple departments and a digital unit.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technology solutions and roadmaps to meet those needs and are aligned with our IT Strategy.
- Foster the adopting of practices, principles and guidelines by enabling rather than controlling.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for the adoption of new technologies that can drive business value.
- Manage and mentor a team of architects in a matrix organization to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Requirements you meet**:

- Master degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification or in the process of obtaining a certifcate in TOGAF, ZACHMANN, BIAN, Archimate or equivalent
- Business fluent language skills in German and English, Spanish is welcomed but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of architects
- Customer centric and solution-oriented aptitude with demonstrated experience in providing solution based on customer needs
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders across multiple departments
- Passion for IT & Technology with a broad understanding of the market trends and open to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good negotiation skills
- Travel activity of 20-30%
