**Your challenges**
In the job as a Scientist Process Development and Optimization within their BioProcess Development team, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of plasma-protein purification techniques.
Your contributions will have a direct impact on the development and optimization of manufacturing processes that hold the potential to transform healthcare.
**Your skills**
- Hold a university degree or equivalent in fields like Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Process Development. Advanced degrees, such as a Master's or PhD, are highly valued.
- Demonstrated experience in laboratory experimentation for process development studies related to plasma products.
- Familiarity with affinity chromatography, including ÄKTA Systems and software, is a plus.
- Proficiency in data evaluation, analysis, and statistical methods.
- Comfortable with Data Processing Software (e.g., JMP or R).
- Familiarity with Quality by Design principles, including Design of Experiments (DoE), is beneficial.
- Excellent scientific report writing and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for lab work (approximately 70% lab and 30% office)
- German and English (C1/C2)
- Knowledge of solid-liquid separation techniques is advantageous
