Supply Chain Manager La Fabrique du Temps de Louis Vuitton
Notre manufacture horlogère, La Fabrique du Temps de Louis Vuitton, située à Meyrin recherche un.e Supply Chain Manager à 100% afin d’accompagner notre croissance. Ce rôle stratégique fait partie de notre Comité de Pilotage sur un périmètre incluant les stocks, la planification et la logistique. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Supply Chain centrale de Paris, mais aussi avec nos équipes production, achats et l’ensemble des autres départements en local, ce rôle est critique dans la réalisation de nos objectifs business. L’objectif principal sera de définir une planification de flux efficiente et qui fait du sens pour l’ensemble de nos composants et produits finis. Vous reportez au Directeur de La Fabrique du Temps de Louis Vuitton.
La mission principale du Supply Chain Manager est de garantir le juste approvisionnement en composants et en produits finis de toutes les parties prenantes, de l’ensemble de nos ateliers de production à la Supply Chain centrale et nos clients externes. Pour ce faire, l’objectif est de de définir une politique de stock adéquate, dynamique et flexible, valider les besoins d’approvisionnement pour et avec la production et piloter les flux à la fois au quotidien et également sur le long terme.
La Fabrique du Temps, c’est la manufacture horlogère de Louis Vuitton et également deux autres marques Daniel Roth et Gerald Genta. Le/la Supply Chain Manager devra adapter toutes les procédures, avec agilité et flexibilité à nos deux nouvelles marques, au business model différent et en plein développement.
L’objectif est de consolider et professionnaliser les modes de fonctionnement actuels en apportant une compétence experte de planification des opérations et des flux.
Les principaux champs d’action seront:
- Co-animation de la planification de la production en étroite collaboration avec la direction industrielle et les équipes SC centrales
- Dimensionnement de la politique de stock pour l’ensemble de nos composants et produits finis. Création et animation d’une politique visant à mettre en place le juste niveau de stock de produits finis permettant de répondre à la réalisation des besoins de nos clients internes et externes
- Consolidation et priorisation de divers besoins : réassort, commandes clients, besoins pour les événements etc
- Animation et sécurisation de la chaine d’approvisionnements
- Coordination de l’activité logistique, support technique et maitrise des coûts et des délais
PROFILE

De formation BAC +5 type école d’ingénieur ou université, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe, votre sens du service et de l’innovation, votre capacité à intégrer le bon niveau de process à la fois rigoureux et flexibles, dans une manufacture dont l’esprit entrepreunarial est une valeur maitre dans toutes nos actions. Tips: Une parfait maitrise d’Excel est indispensable. Celle de SAP est un grand avantage.
