**Votre mission**:

- Découvrir/expérimenter en situation concrète le métier de Conducteur de travaux.- Dans le respect scrupuleux des règles, à savoir, Cahiers des charges du contrat, hygiène et Sécurité, l’un des principaux objectifs de ce stage est de comprendre l’enjeux de la réussite d’un chantier, qui est entre autres, l’optimisation de la marge économique par la recherche et la mise en place de variantes et la rationalisation des moyens.**Vos responsabilités**:

- Participer à la préparation du chantier
- Suivi du chantier : coordonner les moyens machines, personnel (de 5 à 10 personnes), sous-traitants, approvisionnement des matériaux avec les services de l’agence, assurer le respect des cadences de production
- Elaborer les éléments de facturation (métrés) et les faire valider par la maîtrise d’œuvre (en suisse la direction de Travaux)
- Rendre les comptes (recettes et dépenses) auprès des services administratifs de Colas Suisse
- Assurer la réception des travaux et lever les réserves
- Enfin il devra rendre un dossier de synthèse mettant en valeur les enseignements de l’exécution du chantier (Différences entre l’étude de prix et la réalisation, succès et échecs, non conformités et leur traitement, actions correctives menées, enquête satisfaction client)

**Votre profil**:

- Formation suisse Technique ou universitaire (Type Ingénieur, ES, HES, EPF, etc.) en Génie Civil, travaux Publics
- Connaissance des techniques liés aux métiers de la construction (TP)
- Aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle
- Autorité naturelle
- Sens de l’organisation et de la rigueur
- Qualités managériales et de leadership
- Esprit d’ouverture et goût du travail en équipe
- Bon négociateur et communiquant
- Réactif et bonne capacité d’adaptation
- Capacités d’écoute, entregent et créativité
- Disponibilité et résistant au stress
- Maitrise du Français et de l’Anglais indispensable
- Mobilité
