Tasks

Your Commitment will include
- Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the B2B sales process, helping to understand the value of the products and services.
- Lead and coordinate projects during the Design Transfer phase, acting as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize your analytical skills to optimize project workflows, taking into account regulatory requirements, quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely project completion.
- Collaborate closely with various technical departments within the company, fostering a sense of teamwork and alignment to meet project goals.
- Monitor and track all technical product modifications, and organize their smooth implementation in production lines, minimizing disruptions and ensuring product consistency.

**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or microengineering (HES or ET).
- Proven track record of successful project management within an industrial setting, demonstrating your ability to deliver results. Preferably with CAPA.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to streamline project planning and execution
- Possess a strong analytical, methodical, and practical approach to solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit to facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Sensitivity to quality, cost-effectiveness, and ecological considerations, with a commitment to driving sustainability in projects.
- Proficiency in either French or German with very good knowledge of the other language to facilitate effective communication across language barriers.
