**Résumé du poste**:
Vous êtes prêt à jouer un rôle essentiel dans notre mission ?
En tant que superviseur de la fabrication, vous dirigerez une équipe dynamique d'associés de fabrication, en veillant à la bonne exécution des opérations quotidiennes tout en respectant les normes les plus strictes en matière de conformité aux BPF et de protocoles de sécurité. Votre leadership sera déterminant pour atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle et garantir la qualité et l'efficacité de nos processus de fabrication.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Leadership et supervision : Diriger les activités quotidiennes de fabrication, superviser l'exécution des lots et résoudre les problèmes pour maintenir l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Documentation et conformité : Coordonner et réviser la documentation de fabrication afin de garantir la conformité aux normes réglementaires.
- Développement de l'équipe : Recrutement, formation et développement d'une équipe performante, favorisant une culture de collaboration et d'amélioration continue.
- Formation et validation : Fournir une formation complète sur les activités du processus et superviser les activités de validation afin de garantir la conformité aux réglementations.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Collaborer avec d'autres services et sites pour coordonner les activités de fabrication et assurer la réussite opérationnelle.
**Formation mínimale requise**:
- Baccalauréat en biotechnologie, en pharmaceutique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Solide compréhension des réglementations cGMP et des processus de fabrication en biotechnologie.
**Expérience mínimale requise**:
- Au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans le traitement pharmaceutique au sein de l'industrie biotechnologique ou pharmaceutique.
- Solides compétences en leadership et expérience de la gestion d'équipes dans un environnement de fabrication.
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes automatisés Delta V ou Syncade ou similaires.
- Compréhension de l'ensemble du processus biotechnologique.
- Langues : Anglais B1, allemand et/ou français sont des atouts.
