**About the role**

**Location**:
Must live in commutable proximity to Basel, Switzerland. Extensive travel required.
The Aviation Department is seeking a Cabin Attendant responsible for providing all customers with the highest level of safety, comfort and service while traveling in a Novartis aircraft, resulting in an efficient and seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination of cabin safety, standard and emergency procedures as specified in the company manuals.
- Check on-board emergency equipment and report deficiencies to the Commander.
- Deliver silver service catering for all flights in accordance with approved catering policies and passenger requirements.
- Responsible for catering orders and processing and follow procedures to ensure the aircraft is properly stocked, clean and prepared for the flight.
- Ensure that all pre-flight, inflight and post flight duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Notify the flight crew of any cabin related malfunctions or irregularities as well as report any in-cident using the internal systems.
- Take over administrative office work/additional duties when required.

**Role Requirements**

Essential Requirements:

- Education (minimum/desirable): Successful completion of initial cabin attendant course
- Languages: English required, German an advantage
- Experience as VIP cabin attendant desired (charter-, owner
- or corporate ops)
- Guest relation, Hotel
- or fine dining restaurant experience an advantage.
- Living in commutable proximity to Basel, Switzerland
- Service oriented, customer oriented, flexible, safety-minded
- Team player, but also able to work independently.
