**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Single Point of contact for all queries regarding ship dates, timelines, availability of material, rush requests and other delivery topics
- Coordinates and communicates with internal stakeholders and FCS Sites delivery dates based on packaging dates and material availability.
- Schedules all jobs and equipment for Allschwil in the printshop with the goal of exceeding customer expectations (OTD) but keeping in mind internal capabilities
- Advise the supervisors (IPI and Production Coding) of current workload and agrees on resource planning
- Reviews and revises the master schedule daily and makes changes as business needs dictate.
- Processes and responds to rush requests
- Pro-actively checks the availability of materials, components and resources
- Builds and maintains rapport and cooperative relationships with internal departments and sister sites
- Anticipates the future workload based on packaging schedule, incoming job request and other tools
- Advises Label PMs and/or manager of any unexpected material shortfalls
- Develop and propose alternative scenarios to remove constraints and enable a more effective job execution
- Notifies managers of any potential changes with regards to the schedule that requires immediate action and/or potential problems
- Checks daily status of completed and shipped jobs in GPM
- Defines Production Runs sequence as needed to maximize productivity and internal operations efficiency
- Includes PPI into the daily work
- Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas

**Education**:

- Requires professional degree, preferably in a health related field or customer service.

**Experience**:

- Requires 2+ years of experience scheduling preferably within a manufacturing environment

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Requires excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency written and spoken in German and English
- Requires excellent communication, organizational skills
- Requires ability to develop strong customer management skills; proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Demonstrated excellent ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Requires ability to learn and master all internal systems associated with projects (i.e. Salesforce, GPMS, Trackwise).
- Requires understanding and competent use of SOPs required by company Quality standards
