Vos missions
- Définir les missions, objectifs, tâches, risques et besoins en ressources pour chaque projet.
- Élaborer et suivre le plan de projet et les échéanciers, tout en garantissant le respect du périmètre, des délais, du budget et de la qualité attendus.
- Gérer les budgets des projets et allouer les ressources de manière optimale.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs de solutions CTRM, en suivant de près les propositions, statements of work, livrables, et calendriers des équipes dédiées.
- Fournir des rapports de suivi et adapter les stratégies en cas de besoin.
- Identifier les besoins en ressources de l'équipe et assurer l'intégration des éléments organisationnels du projet.
- Résoudre les conflits potentiels au sein du projet ou entre différentes fonctions.
- Assurer l'alignement des projets avec les objectifs stratégiques clés.

Vos compétences
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement dans le secteur du Commodity Trading.
- Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de solutions globales (multi-sites, multi-années, multi-commodités).
- Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline scientifique ; une spécialisation en gestion de projet ou administration des affaires constitue un atout.
- Certification en gestion de projet appréciée.
- Compétences en leadership, capacité à déléguer, à multitâcher et à résoudre les conflits.
- Anglais parlé et écrit couramment, ainsi que la langue de la région d'opération (français, espagnol, portugais, vietnamien).
