**WE RECRUIT**

We are looking for a Head of Technology Procurement reporting to Group Procurement and supporting our Group Technology teams.
In this role, you optimise sourcing of IT & Technology Categories globally, including Hardware, Software and Services.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
You will collaborate with Technology teams and key stakeholders, and be responsible for:

- **Lead global category management**:

- Build and provide category intelligence and expertise (spend mapping, risks, supplier base, market, best practices)
- Define and implement sourcing strategy; identify opportunities, launch initiatives and monitor progress

**Lead and support sourcing and supplier management**:

- Lead major tenders and negotiations to obtain best conditions
- Support stakeholders in their sourcing activities and supplier management

**Implement procurement policies and processes**:

- Promote and support the implementation of procurement policies, processes and tools within your scope
- Contribute to the development of the global procurement community, projects and strategy

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?**
- You are a highly motivated procurement professional with at least 8 years of experience in Sourcing and/or Purchasing, ideally in multinational companies
- You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage with suppliers at all levels
- You have an outstanding understanding of IT categories (Hardware, Software and Services), and are capable to both formalise effective strategies and deliver tangible results
- You have excellent communication skills and are capable to collaborate with diverse and demanding stakeholders, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement
- You are service oriented, capable to bring a strategic vision as well as hands-on contribution to achieve your goals
- You speak French and English
