- In your role you will have full responsibility for Identify and Access Management (IAM). You will be part of a motivated team and have the chance to accompany strategic projects, optimize and digitize processes and create an exceptional user experience.- Strategic positioning and conceptual development of IAM within Vontobel
- Management of projects for the optimization and digitalization of processes in the area of identity and access management
- Implementation of business and IT roles and ensuring their maintenance
- Ensuring data quality in coordination with HR and other master data managers
- Providing required evidence to risk management, regulators, auditors, departments, etc.
- Performing annual and regulatory review of user authorizations
- Leading a highly motivated and committed team
- Actively participating in projects, for example in the introduction of new services, in optimizations, in restructurings or in the integration of new business units

You bring:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Cyber Security and Privacy with a focus on Digital Identity, IAM, Identity Governance and Access Management
- A master's or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification. Any further certificates such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP are a plus
- Expertise in relation to the Microsoft Active Directory as well as identity and access management tools and solutions like Sailpoint IIQ, Exchange or Azure
- Familiarization with the principles of access management as well as authentication and authorization solutions

You are:

- An excellent communicator with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Highly analytical and conceptual
- Fluent in both German and English
- A team player and a self starter who takes the initiative and grasps things quickly
- Results oriented with a focus on your clients needs
