- You will be contributing by:
- working closely within the Crew to address any potential implementation challenges or design impacts
- managing engagement with the GCRG architecture governance processes and forums, obtaining appropriate approvals in a timely fashion
- collaborate closely with CTO and architecture / technology forums to share good practices and design patterns / anti-patterns.
- contributing to the evolution of our target state, including our Cloud strategy and roadmap
- supporting RFPs / POCs / vendor evaluations, assessing non-functional requirements and providing key input to the selection process

- You’ll be working in the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance Architecture CoE, based in Switzerland. Our broader role is to govern and drive architecture and solution design, define architecture and technology standards, define technology strategy across the domain, and drive technology innovation. We are a global function supporting internal clients throughout the world.
**Your expertise**
- You have:
- 10+ years’ experience working as a technical architect, with strong experience in Solution Architecture of which 5 years relevant experience in Financial Services, with a focus on regulatory compliance preferred
- proven track record in the architecture, design and implementation of Enterprise technology in a large-scale, complex, global Agile organization, thorough understanding of architecture paradigms and principles, in particular as applied to multi-faceted, integrated solutions with a strong understanding of key design patterns and technologies (such as microservices, containers & Kubernetes) and their trade-offs, including Cloud-ready and Cloud-native architectures
- excellent partnering and influencing skills, able to engage a multi-skilled global team and experience in visualizing and communicating architecture to both technical and non-technical audiences

- driven, organized and analytical, using data and evidence to validate hypotheses
- team player experienced working across teams, collaborating without direct line management responsibilities
- excellent written and verbal communication in English / interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
- comfortable working across regions / time zones / cultures and working remotely
