To complement our existing team, we are looking for a

**EHS Coordinator & Project Management**:
Stellennummer 2474 am Standort Luzern CH-6005 - Vollzeit

**Tasks**:

- Ensure the adaptation and deployment of Sodexo’s HSE strategy in the Organon Office
- Support and build relations with the Sodexo’s central EHS team and client’s EHS team to drive be-haviour change and achieve best results in occupational health and safety and environment
- Maintain the SALUS system (systematically registration of all accidents on site as well as near misses and observations)
- Maintain the local Sodexo HSE management system & providing HSE project support to the GSM
- Developing and conducting trainings in HSE area - Prepare reports in occupational health, occupational safety, and environment area
- Prepare risk and environment analysis
- Preparation and accompaniment of external audits together with the GSM
- Collaborate and support on the assigned client EHS responsibilites after being confirmed by the GSM and Regional Director
- Planning and execution of various projects under the leadership of the GSM and as agreed with the client
- End responsible for projects delivery and meeting/exceeding project KPIs
- Creation, updating and maintenance of project documentation
- Support the right leadership values and zero accident mind-set
- Communicate the local HSE vision, policy, strategy and priorities for occupational health, occupational safety, food safety and environment promoting a zero-accident mindset

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience and training in the facilities field
- Training in work safety / environment protection and hygiene
- Generalist - interest in a wide range of topics and projects
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Advanced IT skills
- German and English (intermediate - B1 or equivalent)
- Proactive, analytic, able to work in teams on different level of the organization
- Client & Customer Satisfaction / Quality of Services provided
- Meticulous work & strong critical and reflective skills
