**About the job**:
To lead and support complex, international projects Franke Home Solutions is looking for a Senior Project Manager who additionally acts as a divisional business speaker for the SAP4Hana implementation.

The position will be based in our headquarter in Aarburg.

**Your tasks**:

- Shapes strategic initiatives, oversees key projects and acts as a support for strategic projects development to successful execution
- Successful leadership of assigned projects through all phases, inclusive benefits realization assessment
- Acts as a divisional business speaker for the SAP4Hana implementation project and actively participates as a project member
- Executes on ad hoc assignments to address immediate business needs
- The Project Manager will provide support on a wide range of projects and the area of assignments can change over time
- Develops a good understanding of the systems available at Franke HS and knows how to use them to support the project outcomes
- Ensures and supports the Franke Project Management methodologies in the daily work

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of project management experience in Finance, IT or consultancy
- Experience in SAP4Hana or SAP implementation is a strong plus
- Master’s degree in the fields of business administration, IT or Finance
- Solid business acumen and commercial mindset
- Strong change management and project management skills to ensure result delivery in a global and multi-departmental organization
- Very strong analytical and structured mindset
- Very strong team player and used to work with different departments at the same time
- Proactive and committed mindset
- Fascinated by a fast-paced environment and dynamic international team
- Excellent English communication skills (verbally & written), additional languages preferred
