Die technische Logistik ist für die Warenannahme, die Lagerung, den Versand sowie den gesamten Verkehr
- und Transportdienst im Werk Visp zuständig. Die Lehrlingsausbildung zum Logistiker EFZ ist in dieser Abteilung angesiedelt. In der Funktion als Deputy Team Lead Spare Parts / Warehousing sind Sie für die Führungsunterstützung und Stellvertretung zuständig.

In ihrer Funktion übernehmen Sie die Aufgaben in der strategisch und operativen
- taktischen Führung der technische Logistik sowie logistikbezogene Projektaufgaben. Sie überblicken die Wertschöpfungskette, setzen ihr betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen ein und sind versiert im Umgang mit relevanten Kennzahlen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie überzeugen in ihrer Funktion als Fachspezialist*in für Logistikfragen, Projektleiter*in sowie als Vorgesetzte in der Interaktion mit internen und externen Partnern sowie in der Personalführung.
- Sie bearbeiten mit ihren praktischen und theoretischen Kenntnissen komplexe und vernetzte Problemstellungen der inner
- und überbetrieblichen Logistik.
- Sie übernehmen Führungs
- und Leitungsaufgaben im prozessorientierten Logistikmanagement.
- Sie übernehmen im Bereich Logistik die Verantwortung für die systematische und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der wirtschaftlichen, der ökologischen und der sozialen Nachhaltigkeit. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie wiederkehrende Linien
- und komplexe Fachaufgaben in allen Bereichen der technischen Logistik, in der Entwicklung und Anwendung der dazugehörenden lnformatiktools und in den daraus resultierenden Belangen.
- Sie initiieren und leiten im Rahmen der Entwicklungs
- resp. Veränderungsprozesse Projekte, arbeiten mit interdisziplinären Projektteams zusammen und evaluieren die optimalen Partner & Werkzeuge.
- Sie planen Massnahmen zur Steuerung, Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Anforderungen und beherrschen das Risiko-, Anderungs
- und Umsetzungsmanagement.
- Sie stellen jederzeit sicher, dass die gesetzlicher oder unternehmerischer Rahmenbedingungen (Compliance) eingehalten werden.

**Ihr Anforderungsprofil**:

- Sie haben die Ausbildung als Logistiker/in oder Logistikfachmann/frau erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder besitzen eine gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung/Erfahrung (SBFI)
- Sie haben mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Logistik
- Sie haben umfassende Kenntnisse in SAP MM, WM, bevorzugt auch EWM und QM
- Sie haben fliessende schrifliche sowie mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch sowie Englisch
- Sie sind selbstständig, nehmen die Initiative und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung.
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete technische und analytische Fähigkeiten und sind ein Teamplayer
