In dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit, die Abteilung inhaltlich und personell aufzubauen, strategisch zu leiten und unsere Kunden mit innovativen Lösungen und exzellenter Beratungsqualität zu unterstützen.

**Deine Aufgaben bei uns**:

- Die Inacta verfügt über ein ausgezeichnetes Netzwerk in der Bankenbranche. Du machst aktiv Gebrauch von diesem Netzwerk, um neue Projekte zu akquirieren, bestehende Kontakte zu pflegen und das Netzwerk weiter zu erweitern
- Du bist Vorbild und führst auch dementsprechend. Mit einem modernen Führungsstil gewinnst du Top-Talente für Inacta und förderst ihre langfristige Bindung an das Unternehmen
- Als Leiter/in der Unit "Banking" trägst du die unternehmerische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie, die das Wachstum und die Rentabilität vorantreibt. Dabei wirst du nicht nur am Erfolg der Unit, sondern auch am Gesamterfolg des Unternehmens attraktiv beteiligt sein

Du kennst die Prozesse, Kernsysteme und Kernlösungen der Bankenbranche und verstehst die gesamte Komplexität der digitalen Transformation. Zudem bist du mit den branchenüblichen Kernsysteme wie Avaloq, Finnova und Temenos bestens vertraut
Du verfügst über 10+ Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Consulting in der Bankenbranche und bist als Ansprechpartner in der Schweiz bekannt
Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der bekannten Cloud-Computing-Plattformen und bist in der Lage, Cloud-basierte Lösungen für Banken zu entwerfen und zu implementieren
Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Strategie im Banken-Markt ist ein Muss. Du verfügst über einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn, mit dem du das Wachstum und die Rentabilität deiner Unit gewährleistest
Du verfügst über umfangreiche fachliche Erfahrungen in der Bankenbranche und bist in der Lage, Herausforderungen im Fach exzellent zu besprechen
