Fondée en 2015, la société emploie aujourd'hui plus de 40 personnes. Cette équipe basée à Lausanne et Zurich, met l’innovation et les nouvelles technologies au service de nos stratégies, afin de proposer les solutions les plus attrayantes qui contribuent au renforcement de la marque employeur de nos clients.

En pleine expansion et afin de renforcer notre équipe à Lausanne, nous sommes à la recherche d’un
**stagiaire (H/F) au sein de la Direction Générale **pour une durée de 6 mois. Vous ferez partie d'une grande et passionnante scale-up, dans un environnement au rythme rapide qui vous permettra d'apporter de réels changements et de saisir les opportunités pour aider notre entreprise à se développer.

**Votre mission**:
En collaboration directe avec avec notre CEO et COO vous participerez à la gestion stratégique de divers projets en lien avec la direction de l’entreprise:

- Business transformation.
- Identification de nouvelles opportunités d’optimisation.
- Participation au développement et à la structuration de nouvelles offres de services.
- Gestion du déménagement de l’entreprise dans de nouveaux locaux en été 2023.
- Analyses stratégiques et dashboarding.
- Soutien auprès des différents managers d’équipe sur les différents projets en cours en contribuant à leur réflexion.
- Réalisation de diverses présentations stratégiques.

Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive, nous recherchons une personne qui s’impliquera sur tous les sujets stratégiques de la société.

**Votre profil***:

- Dernière année d’étude de Bachelor ou Master HEC, EHL, HEG ou autre avec volonté de commencer sa vie professionnelle.
- Une première expérience en entreprise idéalement en management de projets serait un atout.
- ** Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (C1), **l’allemand un vrai atout
- Vous êtes prêt à travailler dans une scale-up au rythme soutenu et vous n'hésitez pas à trouver des solutions pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Vous êtes agile, engagé dans vos projets et possédez la fibre entrepreneuriale.
- Vous désirez vous épanouir, apprendre et entreprendre, avec une grande variété de missions et beaucoup d’autonomie.
- Doté d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous êtes proactif, organisé et appréciez le travail en équipe.
