Please note this position is based on-site at our soon to be launched Basel, Switzerland office and is not a role that can be performed remotely.

**What you’ll do**:

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
- Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
- Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
- Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
- Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute on client growth opportunities within accounts
- Effectively negotiate pay rates
- Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fulfill open positions
- Industries include: Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology

**Experience and skills you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
- 1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
- Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phone
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
