Call Operator

**INTRODUCTION**:
For one of our clients, an international NGO based
**Geneva**, we are looking for a:
**Call Center Operator W/M**

For a long-term temporary position starting ASAP

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Receives calls and ensures the primary point of contact between the caller and the NGO ;
- Distinguishes between calls that can be addressed directly and others that will require to be routed to the appropriate sections/people ;
- Records the details of each contact with callers and ensures that the information received is classified into pre-determined reference categories ;
- Ensures a timely response to the queries of callers ;
- Ensures that exchanges with the callers are forwarded for follow-up when need be ;
- Compiles, cleans analyses and disaggregates data to produce regular reports ;
- Implements requests from departments for surveys or verifications ;
- Understands that some concerns / issues require confidential and sensitive treatment and behaves accordingly ;

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Previous experience in call centers, reception, customer service etc. ;
- Ukrainian B2-C1 and/or Russian B2-C1 ;
- English minimum B2 ;
- Have the ability to translate from ukainian/russian into english (and vice-versa) ;
- Autonomous, rigorous and with great sense of responsibility ;
- With high quality of independance, volunteering and positive attitude.
