Facility Coordinator

In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services to clients in various sectors.For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the financial sector in Geneva, we are looking for aFacilities Coordinator 100%.Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of the technical installations and the upkeep of the premises.
- Plan and supervise the work done by external service providers.
- Process and manage requests via the ticketing system tool.
- Manage access controls, badges and security system.
- Participation in the 24/7 on-call service on a weekly rotation basis.
- Compile and monitor office occupancy statistics.
- Participate in the organization and monitoring of quality controls.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and participate in the implementation and continuous improvement in this area.
- Planning and management of internal moves.
- Setting up conference and meeting rooms.
- Support in the organization of events.
- Assist colleagues with ad hoc tasks other than his/her specialty.

Your profile:
- Min. 3 years of experience in the technical field (e.g. HVAC, electrical engineering, building industry, etc.).
- Very good knowledge of French and English is mandatory to accomplish the tasks.
- Good knowledge of computer tools such as MS-Office.
- Willingness to learn new computer skills.
- Flexible, able to work in a team and customer service oriented.
