Electrical/Fluidic Library Designer

Référent pour les éléments mécanique utilisés dans le domaine électrique.
Création des composants Panel et fluidique pour la CAO Électrique Zuken E3-Series.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Assurer la réalisation de toutes les demandes de créations et modifications de composants mécanique E3 Panel.
- Créer et/ou maintenir les documents de méthodologie
- Assurer la réalisation de toutes les demandes de créations et modifications de composants E3 Fluidique.
- Créer et/ou maintenir les documents de méthodologie.
- Gérer les composants fluidiques donnés en sous-traitance
- Seconder la personne de référence pour la validation des composants électrique.
- Assurer le support niveau 2 (Support et conseil utilisateurs) pour les composants Panel et Fluidique.
- Être le garant de l’utilisation des standards armoire dans les projets.
- Maintenir à jour la liste et les composants standards des « bibliothèques armoire ».
- Maintenir à jour l’ensemble des documents méthodologiques, métiers, achats
- Travailler en concertation avec les équipes électriques R&D afin de proposer et définir des solutions standards en accord avec le cahier des charges.
- Effectuer ou suivre les études de faisabilité R&D.
- Être la personne d’interface technique, demander des offres de prix et valider les dessins de détails Schneider Electric.
- Travailler en concertation avec les équipes R&D afin de leur apporter un support.
- Valider et mettre à disposition les dessins de détails du fournisseur dans SAP.
- Ranger dans CATIA V6 et releaser les fichiers 3D du fournisseur.

**Votre profil**
- CFC Automaticien, Polymécanicien ou Dessinateur,
- Apprentissage chez Bobst ou CFC avec expérience de 3-5 ans
- Lecture / création des schémas électrique et / ou expériences dessin mécanique 2D / 3D
- Lean, méthode agile seraient appréciés, capacité à communiquer, à l’écoute du client, orienté client et solution. Précis et méticuleux.
- Compétence pour se former et/ou se perfectionner sur les domaines du poste, BD création, Fluidique, Mécanique / Électrique.
- Pouvoir évoluer dans l’organisation des tâches sur l’activité pour seconder le team leader.

**Maîtrise des outils informatiques**
- CATIA V5/V6 - 3DX
- Zuken E3 Series
- DraftSight/AutoCAD
- SAP
- Solidworks

**Maîtrise des langues**
- Français, Anglais B2
- Italien ou l’Allemand est un plus.
