Rep Iii

**What you will be doing**:
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Taking orders from customers and creating jobs in TMS.

Follow up jobs and provide pro-active feedback to the customer.

Handling problems and making decisions for shipments that are off track.

Authorized to spend up to $1000. in company funds to put a shipment back on track; anything over that amount should be deferred to a supervisor or manager.

Providing feedback to the supervisors and managers regarding of their own performance and of other reps on the floor.

Customer Service Supervisor / Manager
