**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Value Setting and Preservation
- Develop pricing guidelines for launched products & Global Brands
- Govern the processes for evaluating and implementing operational pricing changes for in-line and launch assets
- Provide significant contributions to the development of innovative pricing strategies for pipeline products (close launch products) based on analytical assessments of value potential
- Support creation and implementation of Value Based Contract models by Brand and Portfolio
- Cultivate a value-based mindset in all stakeholder interactions
- Train & develop organization in pricing expertise, lead pricing information systems and tools

**Requirements**:

- University degree required, Master’s and/or PhD in Healthcare discipline or Business preferred
- Over 5 years of pharmaceutical experience with a strong preference of direct experience in international pricing and reimbursement
- Over 2 years of experience in global pricing or market access role required with LoC experience preferred
- Experience in establishing and managing effective business processes
- Expertise in pricing and reimbursement policies including knowledge of the global pricing environment and interdependencies of pricing strategies
- Strategical leadership in Global Pricing with potential significant business impact
- Excellence in complex multi-criterial analysis with variable uncertainties in a dynamic environment
- Strong prioritization capabilities, results driven
- Extensive understanding of business processes, able to shape and improve processes
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
