Vos responsabilités
- Sous votre propre responsabilité, vous pilotez l'entretien et la maintenance des surfaces louées au laboratoire de proximité Swiss.
- Surveiller l'infrastructure technique et coordonner le personnel externe.
- Actualiser la documentation technique et garantir la mise en œuvre des directives en matière de sécurité du travail.
- Intervenir en première ligne en cas de problèmes (dépannage).
- Soutenir la mise en service de nouvelles installations.
- Engager et surveiller les prestataires de services externes.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les directives d'Unilabs en matière d'éthique et de conformité soient respectées.
- Superviser les collaborateurs externes pour le nettoyage et l'élimination des déchets.
- Assurer une disponibilité en cas d'urgence.
- Gérer le parking et tout ce qui concerne la mobilité
- Surveiller et gérer les systèmes d’accès et de fermeture : du laboratoire de proximité Swiss, Berne - Pathologie, Lausanne - Cypa, Genève - Cytopath et Bâle - Laboratoire Dr. Rinderknecht

Compétences requises
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC agent d’exploitation et êtes au bénéfice d’une expérience professionnelle dans la conciergerie, ou vous avez obtenu un brevet fédéral de concierge
- Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans une activité similaire
- Bonnes connaissances de MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand, du français et de l’anglais
- Personne dotée d’un très bon esprit d’équipe, qui aime également s'investir dans l’opérationnel
- Sens aigu du service clients
- Autonome, flexible et résistant au stress
- Disponibilité pour des horaires de travail irrégulier de temps en temps
- Permis de conduire cat. B
