For our boutique in Geneva, we are looking for a **Supervisor Shoes** who is the link between the Manager and the boutique team. You play a key role in maximizing the sales and profitability of the department. You would work closely with the Department Manager to enhance the commercial performance and maintain excellent relations with key suppliers, and also to help your team members to achieve their targets.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing the highest standard of customer service at all times, in order to build loyal customer relationships
- Demonstrating product knowledge in each category and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions.
- Coordinating the Stock for your department, i.e. producing action plans for slow moving stock, supporting in product delivery, replenishment and transfers
- Being a supporter in developing, motivating and mentoring the team, as well as reviewing individual performance and proposing development plans
- Overseeing the Visual Merchandising of your department
- Assisting in incorporating new staff members into the team and guide new members of the team

PROFILE
- 2+ years of retail experience required, preferably in a luxury product setting
- Ability to identify and meet the needs of customers to meet and exceed their expectations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sense and Good knowledge of the luxury industry
- Fluent in French and English, another language on top is a plus
