Description
**Business Product Owner Trade Promotions Management**:
Trade Promotional Excellence (TPx) is a business-critical capability for Kenvue, including sub-capabilities on Trade Promotional Management (TPM) and Trade Promotional Optimization (TPO)
**Key Responsibility Areas**
**Capture requirements of markets and oversee implementation (50%)**
- Thoroughly capture what are the requirements of the live markets in regards the TPx tool, including any improvements needed and also any issues with the tool
- Ensure supplier implements those changes, including tracking resource sufficiency, timeline control and approval management
- Oversee testing process and final sign off of any changes to be made in the tool
- Work closely with regional and IT leads to ensure seamless integration of the tool.
**Supplier management (10%)**
- Participate in supplier Governance process
- Oversee the blueprint development and enhancement of the tool and ensure adherence of the deliverables to the plan
**Project management (20%)**
- Maintain alignment with other ongoing projects such as Anaplan deployment by SC
- Provide visibility to senior stakeholders of project progress, enlisting support to remove barriers
- Identify synergies of e.g. baseline derivation
**New countries implementation**(20%)**
- Support lead for new market deployments in specific tasks related to new markets roll out, such as identifying the appropriate modules to roll out, support in change management, and setting up change management process

Qualifications
**Required qualifications**:
Minimum education:
- Degree educated
**Experience and Skills**:
- SAP/BW knowledge (as practitioner)
- Knowledge of financial processes would be ideal
- Knowledge of TPx tools would be ideal.
- Experience in managing third party suppliers of data.
- Experience in managing complex IT projects.
- A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Proficient knowledge and use of all relevant systems e.g. MS Office, Tableau
