For our client, a private international company (80 employees), we are searching for a:
HR GENERALIST (100%) available asap.

Your objective will be the HR administrative management for the company. You will manage the life cycle of employees and support them as well as the management on all HR related tasks. You will take care of day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordinate the payroll with external accountants (if not able to manage our payroll internally).

Your Responsibilities
- Management and follow-up of employees’ life cycle: work contracts and amendments, work certificates and attestation, entries and exits, modifications of personal data, update of work permits, website updates, etc.
- Management of absences, including establishment of accident and illness declarations for the loss of earnings insurance.
- Management and follow-up of Swiss social insurances (AVS/APG/LPP, etc...), including entering information on their online platforms in case of onboarding, offboarding and modifications, communicate budgets to Finance department.
- Support employees and management on HR administrative questions.
- Monthly payroll coordination for all offices:

- Communicate to external accountants all necessary information (fixed salaries, commissions, bonuses, holidays, personal information changes, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
- Check finalized pay slips and coordinate with the accounting department for the payment of monthly salaries.
- Manage internal trainings and employees’ benefits.
- Liaise with Events/Marketing team for company events and Career Fairs.
- All other administrative assignments from the management of the Company related to employees’ and HR projects, processes, policies (updates, surveys, support for all types of internal and external interviews, etc.)

Qualifications and Profile
- Swiss HR certificate (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration in Switzerland (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Swiss permits and social security system (mandatory)
- Swiss payroll management (great asset)
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law (great asset)
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory), other languages an asset
- Good mastery of IT tools and Office pack (Microsoft 365 an asset)
- Swiss/EU citizenship or existing Swiss work permit (mandatory)
- Proactivity, discretion, autonomy.

Ideally you are available immediately or within 1 month max.
