System Controller Banking

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring of jobs and execution of requests for manual interaction in the different systems using OPC (z/OS) and AWA-Automatic scheduling tools
- Perform day to day operational activities (e.g. periodic system checks, IPLs, Start/End of day procedures etc.)
- Collaboration on releases, key date changes, disaster recovery tests etc.
- Early escalation of incidents to the responsible team and Incident Management organization- Anforderungen
**Requirements**:
- Experience in 1st or 2nd level support IT systems in the financial industry
- Experience with job scheduling systems (Automic Workload Automation AWA, JCL, batch scheduling)
- Understanding of incident management processes (ITIL)
- Fluent in English
**Nice to have**
- Mainframe z/OS experience as Operator
- German language skills
**Personality**
- Good communication skills
