Property Technician

**Your Role**

Are you ready to ensure our campus operates seamlessly and efficiently? Join us as a Property Technician at Digital Realty, where you'll focus on preventive and corrective maintenance of our buildings and surrounding areas. Your tasks will include maintaining green areas, performing seasonal services, patching drywall, painting, repairing flooring, doors, windows, and fixing basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues. You'll also be responsible for appliance repairs, periodic preventive maintenance, and regular inspections to keep our facilities in top condition.

**Your Profile**
- Vocational training or background as maintenance worker, janitor, caretaker or similar with technical and manual skills
- Technical experience in the field of electrical or mechanical is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- Hands on mentality, self-organized and solution-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills
