**Your field of responsibility**

You will join an international and innovative team in Credit Suisse Switzerland which is, among others, responsible for the set-up and distribution of private debt funds and managed accounts investing into middle market corporate loans originated and arranged by Credit Suisse. As such, your primary responsibility will be the development and structuring new funds and CLO-type structures sponsored by Credit Suisse and tailor-made to the asset class. You will have frequent interactions with institutional investors as well as Credit Suisse’s front organization, structured finance team, credit risk management and others. Furthermore, you may develop cashflow models to simulate returns of the products and analyze credit portfolios to answer quantitative and qualitative due diligence questions from investors.
You will have the opportunity to expand your project management experience while working closely with various stakeholders like fund service providers, legal and tax consultants, credit risk management, IT and many more, all in a highly dynamic environment with a strong link to international markets.

**Your future colleagues**:
You will be part of a dynamic and open-minded team within the Corporate Finance & Private Debt department of the Swiss Bank. This team has the mandate to arrange investment funds, synthetic securitizations and other structures to syndicate loans and to optimize the bank’s balance sheet. **Your skills and experience**

As our future colleague you will bring with you:

- University degree in financial or legal studies or a quantitative discipline (like mathematics, physics, engineering etc.)
- Professional experience in structuring credit funds, CLO’s or other credit products
- Strong quantitative and communication skills
- Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and strong willingness to develop and innovate current activities
- High sense of quality and excellent focus on details
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
