**YOUR TASKS**:

- Together with your team you strongly support the hiring of top talents in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, while promoting an innovative, diverse and inclusive hiring practices
- You are familiar in creating and implementing national and international talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
- Partnering with Managers within JobCloud to track ongoing hiring needs is also part of your job
- You like to lead projects focused on continuous improvement of all relevant talent acquisition processes
- In addition to that you are responsible for the talent acquisition budget in collaboration with the Chief of People & Culture

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- You are used to work in talent acquisition and manage a team. Beside that you have a further education in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- You have a profound knowledge of the latest recruiting trends and already created and executed strategies and concepts
- You are an ethical person with integrity and the confidence/experience to address sensitive personnel and business issues with discretion and confidentiality
- You describe yourself as a flexible, adaptable, innovative person and curious learner with a significant can-do attitude
