**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Organisation der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden
- Selbstständige Durchführung von klinischen Untersuchungen (Blutdruck Messungen, Blutzucker, u.a)
- Durchführung von arbeitsmedizinischen Evaluationen wie z.B. Besprechung medizinischer Fragebogen mit den Mitarbeitenden, Seh
- und Hörtests
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung bei Rückkehr von Mitarbeitenden nach längerer Abwesenheit
- Beurteilung des Arbeitsumfeldes der Mitarbeiter im Zusammenhang mit dem EHS Team
- Erstellen von Konzepten im Bereich Gesundheitsförderung und erarbeiten von verschiedenen Präventionsangeboten
- Sie erhalten einen Einblick in die weiteren Tätigkeiten des Gesundheitsmanagements, das Case Management sowie in den Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachangestellte Gesundheit oder MPA
- Arbeitserfahrung ausserhalb des Spitals
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im arbeitsmedizinischen Umfeld (von Vorteil im Produktionsumfeld)
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Freude selbständig zu Arbeiten und Initiativen zu bringen
- Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse der schweizerischen arbeitsmedizinischen Gesetzgebung
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine solide IT-Affinität aus und haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Responsible for site level implementation of OH strategy
- Drives health outcomes including reducing population health risks, managing workplace health risks
- Management of day to day vendor for the operating company such as external Occ health services (eg supporting occupational health physician, etc.)
- Participates and supports site level quality assurance and process efficiencies
- Participates and supports site level quality assurance and process efficiencies, including supporting global strategies for the successful deployment of EHS Audit
- Understands Regulatory compliance and the global Jabil requirements
- Be knowledgeable of the Swiss health related legislation
- Understanding of JABIL requirements, programs, resources and policies and how this is related to regulatory compliance, as well as the EHS Audit process.
- Applies basic financial concepts to manage site level OH budget
- Responsible for delivery of OH metrics, goals and outcomes for operating company (Statistics)

**_Occupational Health _**
- Manage Occupational Health:

- Responsible for the site level OH Service program delivery, to be in compliance with JABIL requirements & goals and local legal requirements; be knowledgeable of the business needs, organizational and demographic factors
- Provide Occupational Health Services reporting to management as requested o.
- Assess the work environment
- Review the site Industrial Hygiene data and collaborate with the Environmental, Health & Safety in the development of Similar Exposure Groups
- Participle in the workplace inspections, Environmental, Health & Safety audits and injury/illness investigations
- Support recommendations on hazard control measures such as engineering controls, administrative controls and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
- Be knowledgeable of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and know how to interpret health related information contained in it.
