- At the end of the project, the consultant should have: - Produced outreach materials to expand the work of the mandate on some strategic issues, supported the participation of the Independent Expert in events, and increased his engagement with the media;
- Designed and conducted an outreach campaign for the dissemination of the Independent Expert’s report on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, in relation to the human rights to freedom of expression, association and peaceful assembly, which will be presented at the 56th session of the Human Rights Council. - Designed and conducted an outreach campaign for the dissemination of the Independent Expert’s report on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, in relation to electoral participation, which will be presented at the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly. - Designed an outreach strategy for the upcoming country visits of the Independent Expert in 2024.
