Das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt, im Hauptgeschäftszentrum, in der Nähe der Freizeitattraktionen der Stadt und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Ufer des Zürichsees entfernt. Das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich verfügt über 80 Gästezimmer und Suiten sowie drei gastronomische Einrichtungen, darunter ein ganztägig geöffnetes Restaurant, ein Spezialitätenrestaurant und eine Lobby Lounge. Das Hotel ist mit seinen neu renovierten Veranstaltungseinrichtungen, einschließlich eines großen historischen Ballsaals, ideal für Meetings und Veranstaltungen geeignet.

Als Steward werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende **Aufgaben** sein:

- Reinigung und Verräumung von Bestecken, Glas, Geschirr und Porzellan, sowie von Kochutensilien
- Reinigung der gesamten Küchenausstattung, Geräte, Fussböden und Wände
- Korrekter Umgang und richtige Anwendung der verschiedenen Reinigungsmittel
- Fachgerechte Benutzung, Pflege und Reinigung aller verwendeten Geräte
- gesamte Abfallbeseitigung nach entsprechenden betrieblichen Richtlinien
- Sachgerechte Lagerung, Instandhaltung und Behandlung des Equipments

The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is located in the heart of the Old Town, in the main business center, close to the city's leisure attractions and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Zurich. The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge. The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.

As Steward, you will be responsible for the following **duties**:

- Cleaning and storage of cutlery, glass, crockery and porcelain, as well as cooking utensils
- Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls
- Correct handling and use of the various cleaning agents
- Proper use, care and cleaning of all equipment used
- All waste disposal in accordance with appropriate company guidelines
- Proper storage, maintenance and handling of equipment

- Initial experience in the cleaning sector in the upscale hospitality
- A strong customer service orientation and a self-reliant way of working
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts
- Good manners and a high degree of quality awareness

- Good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
