Als **Horeca Account Manager**, du wirst Teil unseres B2B-Verkaufsteams, das heute aus 12 Personen besteht. Deine Hauptaufgabe wird es sein, neue Kunden zu akquirieren, Gewährleistung von Loyalität und Entwicklung von Aktivitäten/Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen im Horeca-Kanal (Hotels, Restaurants und Cafés).

**Ein Tag im Leben eines Horeca Account Manager**
- Erfüllen der vereinbarten Ziele / Kennzahlen für das zugewiesene Gebiet
- Identifizieren von Verkaufschancen innerhalb des zugewiesenen Gebiets und Aufbau eines starken Horeca-Netzes
- Akquise neuer Kunden durch Befolgen des Nespresso B2B Verkaufsprozesses («Get») und sicherstellen der Kundenloyalität anhand regelmässiger Besuche und ac-hoc-Initiativen («Keep»)
- Steigern des Umsatzes bei bestehenden Kunden («Increase»)
- Auswahl von Neukunden (potenzielle Möglichkeiten) durch verschiedene Hilfsmittel und Quellen
- Präzise, fristgerechte Berichterstattung/Auswertung (wöchentlich/monatlich)
- Einsetzen von angemessenen Ressourcen im eigenen Gebiet, zur Unterstützung von regionalen Aktionen / Promotionen / Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen / Messen; Ziel: Erreichen der Umsatzziele
- Durchführen von Marketingtätigkeiten und Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen zur Verbesserung der Nespresso Markenerfahrung (Kundenschulung, PR-Events mit Industrievertretern, Ausstellungen...)
- Im täglichen Gespräch mit Kunden zu Nachhaltigkeit und anderen wichtigen Branchenspezifischen Themen schulen

**Das macht Dich erfolgreich**
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position im B2B-Umfeld
- Nachweisliche Verkaufserfahrung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie (Bar, Restaurant, Hotel, Küche)
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Fliessend (Deutsch)-Schweizerdeutsch und Italienisch, Englisch und Französisch von Vorteil
- Gute soziale und kaufmännische Fähigkeiten
- gutes Organisationsvermögen, Analyse
- und Reaktionsfähigkeit, um schnell die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen
