**_We are looking for an experienced RFP Writer on behalf of our client based in Pfäffikon, Switzerland. _**

**Job content**

The Private Markets Program Management team acts in between the various private markets investment management teams (private debt, private equity, infrastructure, real estate) and relationship managers. The team is responsible for a variety of investor relations activities throughout our funds’ lifecycle from establishment to termination including preparation of marketing documentation, providing responses to client questionnaires including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), preparation of white papers, data analysis and co-ordination of various investor events.

**Your responsibilities as a RFP Writer in the Private Markets Program Managementteam include**:
Support fundraising by completing RFPs and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) across various private market asset classes.

Liaise with program managers, investment teams, legal, risk, controlling, compliance, relationship managers as well as other business units to coordinate the efficient collection and presentation of information/data.

Prepare white papers, market commentary and other writing pieces around private markets.
Establish effective working relationships with other team members in Switzerland and LGT CP colleagues globally.
Provide proof reading support.
Take on other ad hoc or project work when delegated.

**Requirements**:
CAIA, CFA or other relevant professional qualification is beneficial.
Minimum three years of relevant experience in a similar role in asset management, ideally with focus on alternative investments;
Fluent English, with excellent written and oral skills.
Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills with an ability to work under pressure.
Team oriented and focused on achieving team excellence.
