Accounting of the Client Funds Handling, called ‘Intermediation Accounting’, within Worldline is a critical process as it is for any payment services institution given its underlying financial and compliance implications. Moreover, the regulatory oversight over this topic is reinforced.

The financial translation of our merchants and partners current and future needs is the heart of what our team drives. The company is always looking to develop Worldlines portfolio of payment products to anticipate merchant needs. This requires an accurate financial translation in accounting records and an accurate monitoring of the financial flows. We are collaborating with different internal teams and our partners to achieve these goals. We are only satisfied when set-ups, procedures and actions are in place to enable the projects go-live and guarantee the financial flows watertightness commonly realized via reconciliation

**What will be your job?**

As an Expert Intermediation Accounting, you will assist in managing the intermediation accounting of the Group with a particular focus on reconciliation of transaction and payment flows of Worldline and its customers.

In a technical setting, you will participate in complex projects for payment flows and work in collaboration with other team members in Projects & Support Intermediation Accounting team. You will closely work together with internal stakeholders, from business and IT divisions.

Collaborate within Projects & Support Intermediation Accounting team and
- participate in new customer projects: financial transcription of technical set-ups
- participate in project of designing a new transversal reconciliation and substantiation tooling and implement it successfully
- assist in analysing the impact of incidents (incident management

As a successful Expert of Intermediation Accounting, you support and accelerate our company's revenue growth by doing what you do best:

- assist the daily intermediation accounting operations to work efficiently
- assist in workshops to design the transversal reconciliation and substantiation tooling
- assist in optimal implementation in day-to-day activities of strategic tooling and its maintenance
- through efficient accounting plans set-up and excellent accounting reconciliation, you assist in guaranteeing the watertightness of our payment flows
- assist in designing and implementing adequate controls to prevent and detect incidents and unauthorized activities
- Being capable to take over deputy function within the team
- Progressively enhance responsibilities within the job and help guaranteeing as such the succession planning in the team

- You are graduated with a master degree in Finance and professional experience in a similar function during 5 years
