**What you will do**
- Drive incremental business results within a team of Partners managers in selected industries by building trust, treating people with dignity and respect, being clear about expectations, setting high ethical standards, and following through on commitments.
- Act as “a business partner” for DACH Sales teams, partners & and their enterprise strategic customer plans
- Drive targeted, scalable industry sales plays with your team and the full eco system
- Be business focused on earlier and closer engagements to help drive pipeline velocity & predictability
- Implement DACH business governance with Industry Focused sales teams, Partners and Oracle Consulting to be aligned on our sales strategies
- Contribute to define strategic partners Account Based Marketing Campaigns and go to market
- Understand partner C-level teams go to market and support with our corporate ambition in SaaS and Cloud technology - Why Oracle? Why now?
- Enabling and support partners to ensure they influence customers to select Oracle
- Grow the quantity with quality of our partner eco system

- Experience and comfortable with GSI (Global System Integrator) C-Level interaction
- Senior level experience of stakeholder empathy and management
- Experience of building a pipeline within a partner organisation
- Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) in management positions (min 7 years)

7 + proven sales experience in direct or channel environment

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
