We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Zurich.

- extensive and proactive management of diaries, reacting responsively to the needs of the business and the projects
- management of all internal and external meetings including necessary approvals and compliance
- management of logistics for all travel (incl. Visa) to client meetings and compilation of detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses in Concur
- Processing compliance approvals
- Submitting Call reports and support with client presentations
- Arranging conference calls - internal /external
- Support with Management Information Systems & Tracking Initiatives
- Ability to take on additional projects and manage small events

**Profile**:

- Prior experience working in International Banking in similar role (Administrative/Executive/Team/Personal Assistant)
- Prior experience of working with senior clients
- Industry experience relevant to the team will be considered advantageous
- Fluent English (German is a strong asset)
- Sound knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels
- High standards of professional and ethical conduct
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Team spirited and proactive approach
