As Division Controller for Taste and Wellbeing you will guide the division controlling and pricing leadership team with analysis and action to lead industry-leading profitable growth. You will lead the controlling and pricing functions of the division, evaluate and report on financial performance of the division with regards to operational goals, budgets and forecasts on a monthly basis. Moreover you will be a strategic partner to the President of the Division, CFO and related Management Committees.

You will be based in Kemptthal reporting directly to the Group CFO and dotted line to the President of the Division.

**You will**:
**Strategy**
- Provide support and participate in accomplishing strategies of growth and enhanced profitability
- Provide insight and recommendations for the strategic plans
- Create analyses around operational effectiveness, divisional performance and cash management to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead the continued improvement of the division KPI's and predictive analytics around pipeline, win rate, projected new win revenue and erosion to model all profitable growth
- Help develop business cases and capital investments for operations and other global functions in the division to ensure the optimum allocation of financial resources in the division
- Ensure that pricing models are implemented are reflected the value of the innovation and intellectual property

**Financial Performance**
- Develop recommendations on required actions to lead financial performance on the short, medium and long term
- Manage the yearly budget process for the division according to the guidance from Group Controlling
- Manage the 5 year financial plan for the division according to the guidance from Group Controlling
- Ensure the division maximizes cost savings and revenue opportunities
- Ensure financial compliance
- Establish a controlling function that creates accountability and post implementation reviews for investment projects and important strategic decisions
- Manage the divisional controlling and pricing reporting tools to ensure compliance of the processes and integrity of the reported data

**Management**
- Lead the controlling and pricing organisation (consisting of ten plus senior leaders and overall 100 plus employees in the organisation)
- Attract, retain and grow talents to build a sustainable controlling and pricing organisation

**You have**:

- Degree in Business school or University in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- Professional experience of 15+ years in Business Analysis, Finance or Cost Controlling in an international manufacturing company
- Track record with at least 5 years' experience in senior finance positions, including people management and people development capabilities
- Business fluent in English (oral and written)
- Analytical expert with good data management knowledge
- SAP (+ BI, BOFC) environment knowledge
- Grasp of core financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial and pricing modelling
- Capability to navigate between operations and strategy («hands-on» and «big picture»)
- Used to influence peers and senior executives
