Gabelli Funds is looking for individuals who are passionate about investment research to work in our Zurich, Switzerland office.

Our analysts follow industries on a global basis, developing an operational understanding of each company and becoming an industry expert. The analysts hone this expertise through bottom-up research and continually visiting and speaking with company management, suppliers, competitors, and customers. The objective of this process is to identity companies that trade at a significant discount to their Private Market Value with one or more catalysts that may surface value.

**Job responsibilities include**
- Gathering of data through public information including filings, news releases and conference calls, meetings with managements, and company site visits.
- Construction of detailed financial models on publicly traded companies, including the projection of expected revenue, expenses, cash flow, and other pertinent financial data.
- Communication of research through written reports, notes, conference calls, and other public forums.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Market funds and develop clients in Europe (identify new prospects, build upon existing relationships)
- Conduct business development in Europe

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a major in Business Management, Finance or Accounting
- MBA degree / CFA (preferred) with focus on Investing / Investment Management
- Knowledge of Global equities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
