**On a typical day you might**:

- Work out social gamification features with our product designer.
- Stay on top of new browser features that can be used to build new functionality and improve game performance.
- Find technical solutions to efficiently process the huge amount of user feedback on individual games.
- Work out a platform level economy system from scratch.
- Write and finetune feature specifications based on engineering feedback.

**Key outcomes for the role**:

- Within 1 month, you have a good **understanding** of the current product, participate meaningfully in plannings, and have created small product features.
- Within 3 months, you are **contributing** meaningful ideas for new features (small and big)
- Within 6 months, you have worked out and fully planned a **major product improvement**
- Within 12 months, there are parts of the product live in production that you have led from **start to finish** and you take the lead on prioritization.

**Reach out if**:

- You are intelligent, efficient, and organized. You have an attention to detail.
- You like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication and you have experience in working remotely.
- You have an engineering background, and a solid understanding of a wide range of technical and non-technical topics (ranging from **web APIs **to **basic economics** to **user psychology** to **analytics**).
- You have at least **3 years Product Management experience** with a **consumer focused digital product **on a large scale.
- You have a good gut feeling for what makes people use digital products.
- You like diving into new things and challenging resource-intensive projects.
