Betriebsleiter (M/F/d) Biotech Pre-clinical Drug

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the pre-clinical Drug Product manufacturing team for biotech parenteral pharmaceutical products (vials, pre-filled syringes, ampules)
- Create an inspiring and engaged work environment for the pre-clinical manufacturing team with efficient and agile working processes
- Establish/Improve Drug Product manufacturing processes for proteins, antibody drug conjugates as well as cell&gene therapies
- Lead strategic CAPEX investment projects from an user side (e.g. building of a new pre-clinical manufacturing facility)
- Supervise the installation, qualification, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment for pre-clinical DP manufacturing
- Supervise and ensure documentation of data following applicable lab procedures and current documentation practices

**Key requirements**:

- Science or engineering degree (PhD, MSc) in a relevant discipline, e.g. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, or training on the job with significant work experience
- Work experience in biotech and Drug Product manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry is prefered
- People leadership experience in an dynamic and agile environment
- Excellent communication skills with excellent command of English, written and spoken; ability to communicate in German is desired
