The Industrial Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Committee. The Industrial Director is responsible for defining, implementing and overseeing Piaget‘s industrial activities in line with the brand and the Richemont Group's industrial strategy for the development, sourcing, manufacture and repair of watches, jewelry and exceptional pieces. They also manage the relationships with external suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth production and required quality across all watch and jewelry lines, as well as with related group functions

**You will make an impact by**
- Leading the industrial and sourcing strategy of the Maison, through a strategic industrial plan shared with Group Industry and Services.
- Leading the manufacturing and operations teams towards business objectives for the short, medium and long term with a clear focus on driving global operational performance and delivery targets.
- Ensuring service rate targets are set and met for delivery (make or buy), performance and cash optimization across all lines through common objectives and in a close collaboration with the Supply Chain director.
- Ensuring safety, quality, financial and delivery goals are consistently met in line with Richemont Group strategy.
- Ensuring sustainability considerations and targets are met across the operations value chain.
- Leading long term Make or Buy strategy, in close cooperation with the Supply Chain function and deploy both strategy and governance with suppliers.
- Leading all operations and manufacturing activities and teams at Plan-les-Ouates and La Cote aux Fees sites.
- Defining and implementing overall manufacture and suppliers roadmap, integrating ERP/IT tools roadmap for upstream supply chain performance (manufacture digitalization, SAP S4 preparation, ARIBA evolutions )
- Providing strong leadership, through inspiring, coaching and motivating the teams to work across functions and deliver business objectives while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensuring organizational development in line with our vision/strategy and attract, develop and retain talents.

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in industrial leadership roles, preferably in the watch and jewelry business, and with a real affinity for the products of our industry and our Maison.
- You have proven project management skills in a challenging and multi-activities environment.
- You are solutions oriented and you are able to anticipate problems.
- You have a pragmatic approach with robust financial and analytical skills.
- You are an inspirational leader who can connect and inspire peers, partners and reports and is able to engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver results.
- You are a skillful people manager with an energetic action-oriented style and developed team management skills.
- You have high level of communication skills, ability to manage cross functional work and teams in a fast-changing business.
- You are fluent in spoken and written French; good level of English
