**Aufgaben**:

- **Beziehungsmanagement**:
Du baust langfristige Beziehungen mit unseren Kunden auf und aus und stellst sicher, dass sie kontinuierlich von unserer Expertise profitieren.
- **Organisation und Koordination**:
Du steuerst die interne Kommunikation und sorgst dafür, dass alle Kundenanliegen effizient in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen umgesetzt werden.
- **Upselling und Beratung**:
Als strategischer Berater unterstützt du unsere Kunden dabei, das volle Potenzial unserer Recruiting-Dienstleistungen auszuschöpfen. Gleichzeitig identifizierst du neue Chancen für Upsells und platzierst diese zielgerichtet.
- **Event-Teilnahme**:
Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Speaking-Events und bist ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

**Anforderungen**:

- **Exzellente Kommunikation**:
Du bist empathisch, wortgewandt und verfügst über hervorragendes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Überzeugungskraft.
- **Führungs-Skills**:
Dein diplomatisches Geschick und Fingerspitzengefühl ermöglichen dir, auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse jedes Kunden einzugehen.
- **Unternehmerisches Denken**:
Mit deinem analytischen und strukturierten Denkvermögen findest du stets die besten Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
- **Sales-Persönlichkeit oder Projektmanagement**:
Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder im Projektmanagement mit.
- **Feedback-Affinität**:
Du schätzt ehrliche und direkte Kommunikation und pflegst einen offenen Austausch mit Kollegen und Vorgesetzten.
