We are looking for a new team member to join our Finance team to contribute to the development of long-term organizational goals.

Your Challenges- Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance and analyze financial data-
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support informed decision-making-
- Oversee and optimize operational processes and procedures-
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity-
- Translate strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives-
- Gather and interpret data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations-
- Use analytical insights to improve operational performance and drive business growth-
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications-
- Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and best practicesYour Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus-
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting-
- Strong understanding of operational processes and improvement strategies-
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementation-
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project completion.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration-
- Highly analytical with a knack for data interpretation and trend analysis-
